Job Description

Objective and Purpose
Develop RSAN as selected provider as major providers of charter services through various verticals (humanitarian/government/defense/freight forwarders/e-commerce verticals). Must meet minimum target of GP of 3 x salary per month in charter sales.

Build a portfolio of available aircraft/rates available to perform charters mainly through DWC to compete for quotations for all requirements. Ensure pricing & quoting is in line with market demands and competitor offerings.

Have developed key business relationships with known main customers of charters and provide research on accounts within the Middle East & Africa regions through personal contacts and client base.

Key Responsibilities
Developing and achieving budget requirements
Develop pipeline of charter customers, operator network and aircraft database
Networking of capabilities within Middle East & Africa
Pricing matrix development to ensure expeditious quoting is achieved
Manage relationships with key stakeholders involved in all charter related activity (ground handlers/fuel/airports/customs)


Desired Candidate Profile

To develop business & revenue opportunities in charter sales with select operators, negotiating contracts ability to source the right type of aircraft for the services requested.
