Job Description

This position is responsible for the developing new potential sales pipeline to achieve sales goals. He/she is responsible for developing new business offering either complete supply chain solutions to potential customers or customized logistics services. Emphasis on contract logistics product.


Desired Candidate Profile

Objectives & Key Results-3 years

Objective 1: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of 12 Mil AED at any given time with
80% direct customers (not 3PL companies)
50% or more pipeline with customers having > 1 million/annual revenue Generate own leads to fuel pipeline.

Objective 2 : Achieving Sales Target
2019: 1.80M-REV / 265K-EBIT (15%) depending on date of joining
2020: 5.0M-REV / 735K-EBIT (15%)
2021: 5.3M-REV / 780K-EBIT (15%)

Objective 3: Account Management and Relationship
Build good network / contacts within industry / clientele which will lead to getting more RFQ's / business
Manage RFQ’s, tenders and quotes for potential customers
Maintain close working relationships with the Customer Service, Operations, Contract Logistics team, and Solution Engineers to develop out of the box solutions to support new and existing customers.

Objective 4: Accurate Reporting
100 % usage and reporting using CRM
Forecast accuracy to be improved and will be measured
Follow up with clients for outstanding supported by the Finance team.
