Job Description

To align operations with the internal HSSEQ policies and ensure the health & safety of all the employees, sub-contractors, visitors & customers on the company premises. This position holder will train and communicate to staff, enhancing safety awareness at the workplace.

Conduct monthly safety audits of all sites 95% scores
90% reduction of unsafe acts and unsafe behavior.

Bi-weekly tool box talks with MHE Operators

Build safety culture.

Compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety, Legal and external regulatory agencies as applicable.
Reduction of MHE accidents/Incident occurrence
Retention and migrate of IMS ISO certifications
Increased awareness and reporting of workplace near-misses.

Deliver HSSEQ training in line with the Integrated Management Systems.

Commitment of leadership and management to HSSEQ.
Trained/Skilled workforce in regards to HSSEQ.
Organisation meeting and delivering customer requirements without complaints in relation to HSSEQ violations.

Build a world class safety culture within the organisation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibility-
Oversee all activities related to Health, Safety, Security, Environment and A16:E35
Oversee the education of all the employees on Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality.
Promoting the Health, Safety and Environment program at site.
Ensure the execution of the standards set by the customers.
Implement and maintain ISO certification and SQAS assessment status.
Implement and update HSSEQ procedures.
Investigate the accident incident , Nearmisses reports and provide the corrective actions on it.
Prepare monthly HSSEQ report.
Plan awareness and refresh training for all employees on relevant HSSEQ topics.
Provide safety inductions to all new employees and contractors.
Organise and records regular Tool box talks with Operations team.
Perform HSSEQ audits/Inspections (fortnightly/monthly).
Promote quality awareness among the employees.
Support the design, development, and implementation of Hazardous Material/Dangerous Goods policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Ensure Hazmat/Non-Hazmat materials are properly identified and stored according to National/International standard.
Manages regulatory enforcement actions involving Hazardous Materials/Dangerous Goods in cooperation with Quality Assurance, Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety, Legal and external regulatory agencies as applicable.
Responsible to prepare Material Data Sheet review reports for all chemicals stored in the facility
Responsible to conduct fire evacuation and chemical spill drills.
Encourage and motivate all employees to provide best in class services
Measuring of Health, Safety,Security, Environment and Quality performance
HSSEQ documents and records keeping.
